My name is Yuzuki Needham (MT.0025760), owner of Reset Massage & Bodywork. As someone who carries back pain, and neck and shoulder soreness that never seems to go away, I understand the stress and the frustrations they cause. Personally, they have limited my ability to stay active either by flaring up after sports or just by the fear of aggravating those issues. My beloved sport of soccer has been my main way of staying active, so having been unable to play because of back pain has been very frustrating. On top of this, being a massage therapist comes with its own set of physical demand. After a few injuries in my massage carrier, I’ve realized more and more that self-care is essential to my long term health if I want to stay active. I know I am not alone in coming to this realization. Thus, I help active adults recover and move better into middle age through therapeutic massage.

The massage I offer will consist of different techniques to help you achieve better function with less pain, supporting a fitness enthusiast like you in your active lifestyle! With slow and deliberate approach, I base Thai Massage techniques with Deep Tissue and Myofascial Release, complemented by other techniques such as Cupping to best bring you the therapeutic relief you may be seeking. I am always updating my knowledge through continuing education courses to deliver the most therapeutic treatment I can give.
