Massage FAQs

Table massage is on a massage table and you will undress to your comfort level. Lubricants will be used which allows for gliding movements.
Floor Thai massage is done on top of a floor mat and you will remain clothed. Little to no lubricants will be used and it focuses more on compressions, stretches, rhythmic movements, etc. Please refer to the Thai Massage page for more.

Though both of the styles on offer are still relaxing, my approach to massage is therapeutic. I will move you around into stretches, ask you to take deep breathes, I may have you move as I pin a muscle, and so forth. My main goal is to help you recover and move better, so you may be asked to participate more than in a relaxation massage.

The sessions are either 60 minutes, 90 minutes, or 120 minutes. 60 min is $120, 90 min is $160, and 120 min is $200.

You are free to cancel prior to 24 hours before your appointment start time. If you wish to cancel within the 24 hours before your appointment, you’ll be charged 50% of the session price. You can read more on my policies page.
